Day Eleven - Overeating

Spinach salad, meatballs, cheese, protein shake, almonds, walnuts, apples, dried cranberries, prunes, yogurt, steel-cut oats, milk

About 2200 calories total and I'm stuffed but I wasn't extrememly hungry this evening probably because I didn't work out today. Maybe a bit more carbohydrates than what I'm shooting for but the protein choices are getting slim around here. Lots of sstuff is frozen and I keep forgetting to take it out to thaw.
