Day Twenty Four - Overeating

More spinach salad with an avocado cut up on top. This diet has really made me appreciate avocados. They're delicious. Two dozen shrimp. Meatloaf sandwich. Bob's Red Mill 10-Grain cereal with some dried cranberries for dessert. That's about 2000 calories for the day with 130 grams of protein.
