Crossfit: "Helen"

"Helen"

Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups

I did this as Rx'd (got to use my new kettlebell) on Saturday, 03/29/2008. I finished in 13:47. I had been neglecting my running and sprinting while focusing on Stronglifts and it showed when I started the first 400 meters, my legs felt like molasses. I know I can get that under 10 minutes.
