"Fight Gone Bad!"
Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)
I did this today. The only thing that wasn't as Rx'd was the wall-ball because I could only find a 15 pound medicine ball. Otherwise, everything as Rx'd.
Rounds of 91, 95 and 96 for a total of 282. I'm not sure if people keep track of every rep of every exercise or not. I'm not going to but if I had to figure I would guess it was about 25 wall balls, 20 sumos, 21 box jumps, 15 push press and 15 calories. Something around there. I don't know what it is but I just feel better after these workouts than low-rep high-weight workouts. Not necessarily more tired or like I've done more work but I feel energized more whereas the other workouts pretty much wipe me out for most of the day.
See what I was talking about, I'm not in order, I skipped the Split Jerk WOD because I can't do it at home and the gym only has 10-pound bumper plates so I'm kind of limited. I guess if something like that comes up I can just use regular plates and go as heavy as conditions permit, or I could work on my squats or overhead presses or overhead squats for that matter.

Thanks, I remember you posting that you were trying the Crossfit Beginner a few weeks ago. I linked you in so I can keep an eye on you, make sure you're not embarrassing me.
