Day Seventeen - Undereating

Coffee, bit of milk, multi-vitamin, protein shake w/Skim Plus milk, 1 banana and 3 ounces of blackberries. How odd that this seems like a great deal of food to me now. It's perfect though on days when I lift heavy weights. I feel strong everyday and not even a bit overworked.

I know what you mean about the amount of food. I had two bananas today and felt fine. I'm looking into what other people say about eating during the day. Most people tend to lean towards the 5-6 meals a day plan... it just feels so much better to eat one meal a day though
