Back on

Mild congestion and cough is the only remaining signs of the 3 week sickness I've been dealing with. I haven't missed a workout although my eating habits are effected when I'm sick. I've had nothing but a banana today and after a few days of eating normally (breakfast/lunch/dinner/snack), I'm now quite hungry. I can't wait to tear into some food when I get home. When I think back on the experiment, I realized that I already was eating similarly to the Warrior Diet, at least during the week. I often skipped breakfast, worked out, had a shake and then an apple sometimes later in the day before dinner. Many times though I'd grab a pop-tart in the morning or bring leftovers with me for lunch under the misguided notion that I wasn't eating enough during the day. Truth is, I really enjoy skipping breakfast and not having to worry about lunch. Plus I enjoy being really hungry for dinner.
