Great work! Did you wear a vest or did you hold the weight between your legs? I worked on these this morning and found holding the weight to be a bit tricky and I was only using 10 pounds! I think a vest would be better... Love the pics across the top of your blog. You are changing at light speed. Keep it up!

There's one of those leather belts with the chain around it at my gym. The chain wraps around weight plates or dumbbells and hangs between your legs. Sometimes I'll hold a dumbbell with my feet.

I think a weight vest would be a good investment for myself. I just haven't pulled the trigger yet.
