Four rounds, each for time of:
800 meter run

Rest as needed between efforts.


1st round: 3:49
2nd round: 3:35
3rd round: 3:26
4th round: 3:21

TOTAL TIME: 14:12

Nice split times!

I did this in the pool as rounds of 100m. This is really a sub for 400m - I'm working my way up...

These are all my first real Crossfit attempts. I could probably run these all around 3:20 next time, maybe I'm still getting a feel.

My Fran time is pretty crappy, apparently, that needs to get under 10 minutes. 95 pounds gets heavy fast. If I don't do a lot better next time, I'm going to scale that down.

People do Fran in 3 minutes? That's crazy.

Yeah, I remember you posted @ simplefit that you were at the certification. Some of those crossfit people are crazy.
