My hands are fine. Before I started Crossfit, I spent about 7 months completing the Simplefit program. That eventually reaches over a hundred pull-ups every week. I've got callouses I can stick a pushpin in and not feel anything.
Having tried many different exercise programs, I've created an ever-changing routing incorporating Crossfit, Simplefit, and Stronglifts 5x5 along with some custom favorite workouts.
