Bad workout day, lots of excuses. I ate like crap all weekend, drank too much beer, and my shoulder was sore from Friday's workout.

Still, nice numbers.
I have been on "The Zone" for some 3 weeks now. Pretty easy. I'm using the 23 blocks that Nicole (CF) prescribed. I might up that number or tweak the ratios a bit soon.
Are you "Warrior Dieting?" How's that going?
The Warrior Diet and Zone compliment each other pretty well actually so I basically just do a combination of the two, or try to, I've gotten away from it the past two weeks or so.
During the day, if I get hungry, small snacks with zone proportions (e.g. berries and nuts), then a large zone meal at night. I always have a protein shake after workout.
I've come to the conclusion that I hate eating 4-5 meals a day and will never stick to that schedule so the hybrid mix works. It got me to that last photo on the top of the page.
