"Kelly"
Five rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
30 Box jump, 24 inch box
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
Couldn't do it as Rx'd because I could only find a 15 pound ball. To compensate I made sure to throw it over the 10 foot mark each time, around 15 feet I would guess and the box was about 26 inches, so there.
Anyway:
1st round: 5:07
2nd round: 5:58
3rd round: 6:27
4th round: 6:38
5th round: 6:49
Total time: 31:00
Dang. I was hoping for an under 30 score. Oh well, next time. In addition, this workout is a killer. My 400 meters could have been faster, my box jumps were good. The wall balls were the killer because you get to the point where you can barely keep your balance at the bottom. I didn't take and measured rest anywhere. Rest was basically walking to the treadmill and getting it up to speed and then a few deep breaths before starting each station. Not sure if maybe 30 seconds of rest between rounds may have been a better idea.

I did this buttercup scale and rested.
You're an animal!
Well, I won't say I didn't rest at all, like in the later rounds the wall-balls would get about 10 reps, a few deep breaths, 10 more reps, etc.
It wasn't so much rest as finding some more oxygen. That was killer.
Wall balls tend to do that to me too.
Still impressive.
I see you up there ahead of me!
