Crossfit: 10k Run

10k run: 56:31

Eh, not my best outdoor 10k. I have done it consistently under 45 minutes but I haven't run that far in a few months. I was also hungover which didn't help. Lots of hills on this run too.

But I will say that 10k has a way of clearing up hangovers, one way or another.
