Crossfit: Row / Burpees

For time:
Row 1000 meters
25 Burpees
Row 750 meters
50 Burpees
Row 500 meters
75 Burpees

a.k.a "Yuck". As Rx'd, 32:13. Those last 75 Burpees sucked royally.

Splint, I did Pukie Brewster one time... 50 burpees, 800 meter run X 3 rounds... the push/cardio mix was a doozy. Burpees are just yuck... good job sticking with this one...
