Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
95 pound Clean and Jerk, 15 reps
Run 400 meters
I did this as Rx'd and got 3 rounds plus 1 rep. I did full squat cleans and alternated randomly between push jerks and split jerks.
I could have done better but didn't eat all that well Sunday night and this morning.

It's like I was telling Brad. Clean and Jerks are hard man. They really require two movements, so there are two spots to gas yourself. They're a gasser man. First the clean, then the jerk. The 3 rounds is good. Don't sweat it. Just keep up the solid work!
Oh yeah, just doing 15 cleans OR 15jerks would have been a gasser. The combination is killer but if it's not a full body workout, I'll eat my workout shorts.
I don't know about you Splint, but after my workouts, I'm pretty sure my shorts could walk off by themselves. I wouldn't want to eat them... :P
Katie is right. That explosive move on the clean is what makes any WOD with multiple reps of it tough. Adding the jerk portion amplifies this.
Still - way to go Splint!
You gotta be fast under that bar, then go right into the dip and drive for the jerk. It's a ball buster... well if I had balls... :P But like Brad said, still good work! :)
