Crossfit: 50 Burpees

50 Burpees

Jump one foot above reach each rep.

Time: 5:31

That's a little disappointing because I've done 100 Burpees in slightly less than 10 minutes before. But I've never done them so soon after Murph or yesterday's shoulder workout. Murph really taxed my cardio-pulmonary system, I could tell. I was breathing hard for 51 minutes and my breathing muscles got sore.
