Run 1 mile
Two minutes of each:
Row
30 pound Dumbbell thrusters
20 pound Medicine ball cleans
Double-unders
Pull-ups

Post total time and total reps plus calories (from row) to comments

Thrusters: 20
Medicine ball cleans: 22

Total time: 17:30
Total reps: 115

Splint that's a pretty decent mile time... nice work!

Yeah, you know, I can't be sure but that's the fastest mile I've done in a long time, possibly a record. It was on a treadmill at 2% incline and 8.0 MPH. Still, that's the fastest I've done it on a treadmill as well. Kind of makes sense because my 800m rounds have been around 3:20. Looks like that sprint work is benefitting.
