Today was supposed to be a rest day but I felt like I had a lot of energy this morning. I'd rather have a weekend rest day anyway. I'll do Cindy tomorrow. Hopefully the WOD after Cindy isn't a gym WOD and I can do it outside or at home. Once the weather gets nice I start disliking the gym.

Nice lifting Splint. That's a nice PR. Strong work. Mind if I ask why you would never want to join an affiliate? I feel like it's one of the best things I've ever done. Just curious about your thoughts. Maybe it may spark another thought provoking rambling from me. :) To CrossFit alone or with an affiliate... :)
