Crossfit: 080519

080519

For time:
75 Push-ups
95 pound Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 50 reps
50 Ring Dips
45 pound Weighted Pull-ups, 30 reps
25 Handstand Push-ups

Ran out of time and (more importantly) energy on this one. I did 75 bar dips. I did one pull-up with 45 punds, realized that dog wouldn't hunt, then did 12 reps with 25 pounds, and the remainder with 20 pounds. Then I did 26 HSPUs with my legs over the Smith Machine bar. Total time: 30:57

Even running out of time, that's still a good workout Splint.

Your write up reminded me of one of my favorite movies, well or series.

"Aw, that dog just ain't gonna hunt. Now you cut that fence and you get this god **** platoon on the move!"

It was a pretty good workout. 150 bar dips didn't scare me too bad before I started but after the 75 push-ups, it became clear that it just wasn't going to happen in any realistic time period.

Splint I feel you. we did dips today, and after hitting Trevor on Sunday, I'm still friend. Push ups seem like they should be easy but when done with proper ROM, man do they hurt. Still a great job though. :)
