Crossfit: 50 Muscle-ups

I did 50 jumping muscle-ups in 12:30. I wore some skin off the upper portion of both arms too, ouch.

Then I did 50 regular pull-ups and 50 bar dips.

Hey, Splint, even 50 jumping is waaaay better than I can do. I can't get up over the rings! RAWR! :( Nice work on this one!
