Is that like me saying after the incident in Chicago that I'm never drinking again? I say it but know full well at some point I'm invariably going to do it again... invariably at some point CF will throw bench presses at you again... and like a happy lemming you will probably head off to do the workout... :)
How's the shoulder coming along? Mine has been hurting again. Possible causes:
Ran out of fish oil for a week.
Heavy cleans.
The 185# X5 deadlifts workout.
I really think it was the cleans (which came to close to all of the overhead work for me)
It's still sore but getting better. It's not hurting all the time now, just when I try to straighten out on presses. I have still been working out though, just being careful about what I'm doing. I did Dumbbell Bear today with some 25 pound DBs and managed to get through that without much shoulder pain save for a coupld of noticeable tweaks when extending.
Watch the pullups. They have been wreaking havoc on my shoulders....especially kips. Something to think about.
I've encountered and overcome the shoulder issues that come with pull-ups. I'm 100% it was the bench presses. I don't think I used good form.
